How to get involved
Anstruther Improvements Association (AIA) aims to engage with, involve, consult and educate the local community about the Dreel Burn and what is needed to achieve its vision of a clean, biodiverse and vibrant burn, valued by the farming, fishing, rural and urban communities of the East Neuk.
There are many different ways you can get involved and support the project to restore the Dreel Burn, from carrying out community science, like gathering data, to litter picking, testing water samples, counting invertebrates and any number of other roles.
You can discover more about these ways of getting involved in our participate section.
If you would like to volunteer with any of the community initiatives on the Dreel Burn or have an idea you would like to share, please get in touch.
No previous experience is necessary, any individual or group who would like to be involved is welcome.
